Holyday rental in Brittany at Perros-Guirec : gîte "La Ferme de ma Mère"
This quiet gite, is located in Perros-Guirec, in the heart of the Pink Granit coast, 2.5 km away from the beaches (Trestraou and Trestrignel) and from the marina, 500 m from the bowling Les Haubans, and very close to Trégastel, Pleumeur-Bodou, Trébeurden and Lannion.
Stone built Farmhouse from 1821, renovated in 2005, very high standard, semi-detached with the house owned by the mother of the owner, with independent entry. Nice decoration and fitting.
Ground Floor: living room with fireplace, fitted kitchen (dish washer, oven, microwave), WC, storage area (washing machine, dryer, freezer, vacuum cleaner).
1st Floor : 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 x 200, 2 single beds), with WC. A 3rd bedroom in an independent small house, just in front of the gite with WC (1 bed 160x200). Suitable for babies.
Courtyard with terrace (garden lounge, BBQ) and private garden.
You just have to prepare your Luggage !!! The owners will be very happy to welcome you. Don't hesitate to come, we are waiting for you !!!
All included in the price (bed linen, bed are ready, toilet linen, wipes). Wood for the fire place, washing liquid included. The gite can be rented with 2 or 3 bedrooms in low season, during winter holidays.
